Residency at Queen House is governed by a signed Residential Facility Agreement between Queen House and the resident, granting temporary, permissive accommodation under the house rules.

Key terms include: monthly tariff payable in advance; house policies on guests, conduct and common areas; and a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any form. The full agreement is shared before reservation and explained during your visit.
